If you choose delivery, we will email you within 1 week of your order to confirm whether you want:

  • Dorm room delivery: your items will be boxed and delivered to your dorm room for you to unpack.  *Extra fees apply*
  • Full dorm setup: we will unpack everything and set up your room, including expanding the mattress topper, making the bed, unrolling the rug, hanging artwork, and more.  *Extra fees apply*

If you choose pickup, we will email you 2-4 weeks before move-in day with our convenient on-campus pickup locations. You can drive up or walk up to collect your packaged items.

Please make sure your email address is correct when ordering. If we cannot reach you by email, we will call you. If we cannot reach you by email or phone, please go to one of our campus pickup locations on move-in day to find your order.

Dorm Aesthetics and Dorm Essentials packages can be refunded within 14 days of receipt of purchase, minus a 10% shipping and restocking fee. After 14 days, Dorm Aesthetic and Dorm Essentials packages are non-refundable. Custom dorm design packages are not refundable.

While we don't have a formal deadline for placing orders, some items may take longer to ship and so there is not a guarantee that all items will arrive prior to move-in day. We recommend placing orders at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

According to the National Retail Federation, college students are now spending nearly double the amount they did a decade ago on dorm furnishings. This year, spending has hit $87 billion, equating to an average of $1,365 per student.

This trend reflects a growing desire for personalized, comfortable living spaces that resemble home, moving away from the standard budget setup students once used.

If you spend $200 on any Dorm Essentials, Dorm Aesthetics or Custom Dorm Design package, you are permitted to send one personal item box measuring no greater than 16” x 12” x 8” (40 x 30 x 20 cm) and less than 15 lbs. If you spend $400 or more on any Dorm Essentials, Dorm Aesthetics or Custom Dorm Design package, you are permitted to send two personal item boxes of the same measurements. Email us for instructions on mailing personal items after purchase is confirmed. Personal mailed items will be delivered with order on move-in day.
At this time, we only offer furniture assembly/delivery in our custom dorm design consultation packages. We will continue to add products to our website, including furniture–stay tuned!
Our dorm aesthetic packages are ready to go, but they can be customized through a custom consultation. Please schedule through our website, or message with any basic questions.
Same day purchase of Dorm Aesthetics and Dorm Essentials packages are subject to each university agreement. On site, same-day purchase is dependent upon availability. The only guarantee for move-in day availability is to pre-order through our website.
A custom dorm design consultation includes personalized design guidance, curated decor recommendations, layout planning, and product selections tailored to your style, space, and budget.
If you cannot be there on move in day, please email us to schedule local pick up or campus delivery. Extra fee may apply.
We offer a 10% credit on next years’ purchase for returning customers.

Mini fridge with freezer combination and microwave rentals are available for either the full academic year or a single semester.  Full payment is required prior to delivery. Orders should be placed at least 4 weeks prior to move-in to ensure availability and timely delivery.  Undergrad Pad may enter the student's room, following school guidelines, to deliver or remove the unit at the time of rental lease commencement and termination. The renter is responsible for using the appliance properly, keeping it at the listed delivery location, and returning it on time in clean, defrosted, dry condition with all original parts. The unit must be plugged into a grounded three-prong outlet, and any extension cord used must also meet those requirements.

Refund and Change Policy: Full refund if order is cancelled more than 7 days prior to rental lease commencement date.  If a student moves or transfers within the lease agreement term, they must provide three weeks' notice for location change, with a $50 relocation fee.  Additional charges may apply for lost or damaged units, missing parts, late or special pickup arrangements, returned checks, or units that are not returned. Replacement cost for a non-returned unit is $475.

Full Lease agreement with additional details, lease term and item confirmation will be emailed after purchase.  

We offer a buy back program for any and all dorm items, whether purchased through our website, or not. Prices are based on quality and condition of item at time of move out. We will update our website and send out emails with more information toward the end of school year. You are also welcome to email us with questions. In addition to buy back options, we will store student belongings in an off campus facility until they are ready to move back in. Email for details and costs.

Our custom design services are available for all university housing, including on campus, off campus, individual, family or international housing units. No project is too big or too small.
